Use this calculator as a hypothesis generator, verify hypotheses with qpadm and by reviewing literature if possible. This calculator is best suited for for persons with exclusive or very dominant African ancestry, a combination of modern and ancient coordinates are used to approximate broad population structure in Africa and Africans. OOAII is the common ancestry shared by non-Africans, which originated as a subset of African diversity in North/East Africa. The Takarkori samples act as an imperfect proxy for the indigenous ancestry found North Africans before the Neolithic.
