BAM and CRAM files are too large to upload directly (they contain the entire genome sequence). However, we offer a "WGS to RAW" conversion service:
WGS to RAW Service:
- Navigate to our Store → Services
- Select "WGS to RAW File Conversion"
- Purchase the service
- Follow instructions to provide your BAM/CRAM file (via secure link)
- Receive your converted RAW file + haplogroups + additional information
- Processing time: 12-48 hours
What You Get:
- Standard RAW DNA file compatible with all platforms (23andMe, AncestryDNA format)
- MTDNA and YDNA haplogroup predictions
- Ready for upload to DNA Genics and other analysis sites
- Compatible with MyHeritage, FTDNA, LivingDNA matching databases
