Abstract
Summary of the research findings
Motivation: The inference of human phenotypes from genotypes is crucial for understanding human evolution and forensic DNA. Ancient DNA (aDNA) sequencing technology has been widely used in the archaeological field, but aDNA sequences are characterized by low coverage, high error rates and severe contamination, which makes genotype calling difficult and leads to unreliable pigmentation prediction.
