How do I export my match data?

Use the export option provided in your testing service's match area, download the supported CSV file, and upload it to the analyzer.

Is my genetic data secure?

Uploaded analysis data is deleted after processing and is not kept as a permanent genetic-data store for this tool.

What file formats are accepted?

The analyzer accepts supported CSV match exports and detects the compatible provider format during processing.

How does the chromosome browser work?

The chromosome browser displays reported shared segments across chromosomes 1 through 22 and the X chromosome, helping you inspect where a provider reports shared DNA with a match.

What is AutoCluster analysis?

AutoCluster groups matches using reported shared-segment relationships. The clusters are research leads that may help organize family lines; they do not by themselves prove a specific relationship.
