What file formats are supported?
Standard provider RAW files can be uploaded directly. VCF, BCF, FASTQ, BAM, CRAM, and PLINK files require the compatible conversion workflow described in the format catalog.
Can I use whole genome sequencing files?
Yes. Supported WGS data from providers such as Nebula Genomics, Dante Labs, TellMeGen, Sequencing.com, and YSEQ can be converted to a compatible RAW file.
How do I know if my file is compatible?
Compare the provider and chip version with the table. During upload, the platform checks the file structure and identifies whether direct processing or conversion is needed.
How is my DNA data protected?
