Yes, WGS files from providers like Nebula Genomics and Dante Labs can be converted to RAW format using our WGS to RAW conversion service. This allows you to use your comprehensive sequencing data with all our analysis tools.

Yes, all files are processed on EU-hosted servers with encryption. Your data is automatically deleted after 15 days, and you can request deletion at any time. We never share your genetic data with third parties.

Yes, we support many international providers including TellMeGen and Adntro (Spain), Genera (Brazil), WeGene (Asia), and others. If your provider isn't listed, contact us and we may be able to add support.
