What DNA file formats do you support?
We support standard raw DNA exports from major testing providers, including 23andMe, AncestryDNA, FamilyTreeDNA, MyHeritage, and Living DNA. Provider names describe compatibility only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
How long does it take to get my results?
Most reports are ready within a few hours after upload. More computationally intensive services, including DNA imputation, can take longer.
Is my genetic data secure and private?
DNA files and results are protected using the platform's security controls. You can manage and delete your data from your account, subject to the applicable retention and legal requirements.
What is the difference between Starter and Explorer packs?
The Starter Pack covers the core ancestry report collection. The Explorer Pack includes Starter and adds advanced reports, DNA processing, traits, and PRO analysis tools as listed in the current comparison table.
What does the Ultimate Pack include?
The Ultimate Pack includes Explorer features plus the currently listed AI Assistant term, AI Custom Images allocation, priority support, future-report term, and extended phasing benefit.
What is the Family Explorer Pack?
