How to Download Your AncestryDNA Raw File

Sign in to Ancestry

Log in to your Ancestry account.

Go to DNA Settings

Click "Settings" in the top-right corner and navigate to your DNA settings.

Request download

Scroll down to "Actions", enter your password, check the consent box, and click "Confirm".

Receive the email

Ancestry sends an email with a download link (usually within 15 minutes, sometimes up to a few hours).

Upload to DNAGENICS

Download the file from the email link, then upload the zip or extracted file to DNAGENICS.
