How to Download Your 23andMe Raw File

Sign in to 23andMe

Log in to your 23andMe account at 23andMe.com.

Go to Browse Raw Data

Click your name (top-right) and select "Browse Raw Data" from the dropdown, then click "Download".

Request your raw data

Scroll to "Request your raw data download", opt-in to the consent, and click "Submit request".

Receive the email

23andMe will send an email (usually within a few minutes). Click the download link to get your zip file.

Upload to DNAGENICS

Upload the zip file or extracted .txt file to DNAGENICS using the button above.
