Three steps from raw files to shared segments
Load two raw DNA files
Pick the raw genotype text files for the two individuals you want to compare. The app auto-detects the format and shows the file path.
Choose thresholds
Set Minimum cM (default 7.0) and Minimum SNPs (default 700). Enable IBD2 and HBD if you need closer-relationship or homozygous-by-descent detection.
Compare and export
Hit Compare. Read the kinship, degree, and segment summary. Inspect the chromosome browser, scan the segment table, and copy or export the results.

It supports common direct-to-consumer raw genotype files including 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, FTDNA, LivingDNA and any compatible text, TSV, CSV, or whitespace-delimited file with RSID, chromosome, position, and genotype columns.
They filter the segments shown as matches. Only segments at least Minimum cM long (in centimorgans) and covering at least Minimum SNPs are reported. Defaults are 7.0 cM and 700 SNPs, common values in genetic genealogy.
IBD1 means one chromosome copy is identical-by-descent at that segment (one shared parent line). IBD2 means both copies match (closer relationships such as full siblings). HBD (homozygous-by-descent) flags regions where the same haplotype is inherited from both parents, often a signal of distant common ancestry on both sides.
Kinship roughly maps to relationship class: parent/child or full siblings are around 0.25, first cousins around 0.0625, third cousins around 0.0078. The relationship degree column gives a quick interpretation (1st, 2nd, 3rd degree, etc.).
