MTDNA Limitations
MTDNA from Nebula CRAM files may not convert accurately to RAW. FASTA and BAM files are correctly generated, and haplogroup predictions remain reliable.
INDEL Limitations
INDELs (insertions and deletions) are not accurately converted to RAW format. Any SNP representing an INDEL may be incorrect.
FTDNA BIGY
FTDNA BIGY files produce a VCF containing YDNA SNPs, useful for tracing paternal lineage and ancestry.
