How to Download Your MyHeritage Raw File

Log in to MyHeritage

Sign in to your MyHeritage account.

Go to Manage DNA kits

Hover over the DNA tab and select "Manage DNA kits". Click the three dots next to your kit and choose "Download".

Accept terms

Review the download information and click "Continue". Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in the next popup.

Check your email

MyHeritage will send an email with a download link. Click the link in the email to proceed.

Enter password and download

Enter your password on the MyHeritage site and click "Download". Save the file to your computer.

Upload to DNAGENICS

Upload the downloaded file (zip or csv) to DNAGENICS using the button above.
