How commissions are calculated
No hidden deductions. Every line item is visible on your dashboard.
Commissions become eligible for payout 30 days after the sale. This window allows time to handle potential refunds before funds are transferred.
If an order is fully refunded, the commission is voided. Partial refunds reduce the commission proportionally. No clawbacks after a payout has been sent.
Payouts are batched when your approved balance reaches the minimum threshold. Smaller balances carry forward to the next batch automatically.

Anyone who creates content about genetics, ancestry, or DNA - YouTube creators, TikTokers, bloggers, podcasters, researchers, and hobbyists. There is no minimum follower or subscriber count. We evaluate applications based on content quality and audience relevance.
Each commission enters a 30-day hold period after the sale. Once approved, it is included in the next payout batch. Payout batches are run periodically by the DnaGenics team. You need a minimum of 50 EUR in approved commissions before a transfer is sent.
Any completed DnaGenics order where your promo code was applied at checkout counts. The commission is calculated on the order subtotal (after the discount, before taxes), minus the estimated payment processor fee. Subscription renewals using your code also qualify.
If the order is fully refunded, the commission is cancelled automatically. If the order is partially refunded, the commission is reduced proportionally. If a commission has already been paid out, the next payout batch will adjust your balance accordingly.
Yes. Once approved, you will complete a Stripe Express onboarding flow directly from your affiliate dashboard. Stripe handles identity verification and connects your bank account. The process typically takes 5-10 minutes. DnaGenics never stores your bank details directly.
No. Self-referral purchases are detected and excluded automatically. Your promo code is meant to benefit your audience, and commissions are only earned when a different customer uses it.
