What is included in the Starter Pack?

Starter is an ancestry-focused collection for one selected DNA sample. It includes 17 report families, G25 coordinates and 30+ admixture calculators. Report families, calculators and tools have different meanings and are counted separately. Availability and detail depend on your file.

Can I upload before purchasing?

Yes. Upload a compatible file to start with available free reports, including Predicted Blood Type and parental-relatedness analysis. Starter is a separate premium purchase; uploading does not unlock the complete collection.

Can I preview reports first?

Yes. The sample-report collection lets you explore report formats and explanations before uploading or purchasing. The illustration on this page contains no personal result or customer genetic data.

Does Starter include Traits, DNA imputation or PRO tools?

No. Starter focuses on ancestry reports, lineage predictions where supported, and G25 coordinates. Compare the currently available packages if you want Traits, DNA imputation or PRO tools. Existing eligible purchases continue to apply.

Will every file produce mtDNA and Y-DNA results?

No. Your file must contain sufficient mtDNA or Y-DNA markers. Provider, file type and marker coverage affect what can be predicted. Do not assume that buying a package makes unsupported markers available.

Which DNA files can I use?

Compatible RAW exports from providers including 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, FamilyTreeDNA and LivingDNA are supported. Whole-genome data may require conversion. Review the upload options for compatibility, processing and consent. Provider names describe compatibility, not affiliation or endorsement.

Is this a new DNA test or a subscription?

Starter analyzes a compatible DNA file you already have; it is not a physical DNA test. It is a one-time package purchase for one selected sample under the applicable package terms. Display currency may be EUR or USD; billing is in EUR.

Do the reports prove my ancestry or diagnose health conditions?

No. Population comparisons describe genetic similarity to reference data, not proof of documented ancestry, nationality, ethnicity, religion or cultural identity. Starter is for ancestry exploration and education, not medical diagnosis or clinical testing.

Where can I review privacy and retention details?

Review the upload information and Privacy Policy before providing DNA files. These explain consent, processing and retention. Existing account controls for files and preferences remain available.
